About Us

Every path has a story. This is ours.

Joe Moore
Creative Outfitter-in-Chief
Equipping clients with the gear they need to go further.

With over 27 years in the creative landscape, Joe is the seasoned guide behind Brand Up Design. He’s not only an accomplished graphic designer, art director, and creative director—he’s also a longtime mentor, having spent 17 years teaching graphic design, branding, and advertising at the college level.

Joe co-founded his first creative agency in 2009 and struck out on his own in 2018, launching Brand Up Design with a clear mission: to help brands navigate with purpose, clarity, and creative integrity. He thrives on full-scale brand development—especially crafting logos, packaging, and print materials. More than just the founder, Joe stays boots-on-the-ground, personally involved in nearly every project that moves through the studio.

What sets Joe apart is how personally he takes every client relationship. He sees each one as a shared journey—a climb, a crossing, a summit attempt—and works hard to ensure everyone moves forward and upward together.

Inspired by the wild places he loves—skiing the Rockies, hiking Hilton Head’s beaches, and hunting the hills of West Virginia—Joe brings that same appreciation of terrain and trajectory to his work. He’s currently learning to ride motorcycles in preparation for future adventure touring. When he’s not helping brands get trail-ready, he’s exploring life with his wife of 10 years, Tracy, and their small but mighty cat crew, Bubbies and Bounce.

Rob Dietz
Project Pathfinder
Charting a clear course from first idea to final design.

With over 10 years in the design field, Rob is the steady hand behind Brand Up Design’s projects. He’s not just a graphic designer; he’s also a project manager, keeping every job on track from first conversation to final delivery.

A Bachelor of Fine Arts graduate from The Ohio State University, Rob later expanded his skills through additional graphic design study. Before joining the creative trail, he worked in home improvement retail, eventually managing a 10-person outfit. That role taught him how to lead with clarity, precision, and teamwork.

Rob’s terrain includes catalogs, brochures, packaging, websites, product photography, and 3D mockups. Whether mapping layouts, compositing images, or coordinating with printers, he ensures every step runs smoothly and every design lands with purpose.

Beyond the studio, Rob travels with his favorite adventure crew: his wife of 15 years and their two daughters. Together they mountain bike, camp, and explore National Parks, often trading pavement for dirt in their Jeep Wrangler with the doors off and roof down, heading wherever the trail leads.
